Customer Quickstart

Basic instructions to configure Customer for initial use

Select Customers in the left column and click the Add Customer button at the top of the page.

On the Add a Customer page, fill out the customer’s name and email address and click Save.

Once the customer has been created, activate their profile. To do this, find and click on their name in the table on the main Customers page. Click on the gray Inactive button and select Active. The button will turn green. Changes are saved automatically.

Select Organizations in the left column and click the Add Organization button at the top of the page.

On the Add Organization Page, fill out the organization’s information and details and click Save.

Once the organization has been created, you can do things like add users and groups of users at the organization. To do this, find and click on its name in the table on the main Organizations page. Click the Edit button at the top of the page to begin making changes.

Select Contracts in the left column and click the Add Contract button at the top of the page.

Set up the organization's Basic Information in the Details section.

Select Catalog to connect the organization and its contract to a price list.

Note: Price lists are set up independently in fabric Offers.

Click Save when finished.
