The Copilot interface is the starting point for accessing all fabric offerings.
Overview
Copilot is the web-based user interface to access all fabric applications. These applications enable operators to manage their digital commerce needs directly using online forms and prebuilt web components thereby reducing dependence on technical development resources and custom code.

Prerequisites
You will need an active account, including an account ID, to access Copilot. Contact your Copilot system administrator or Customer Success Representative to obtain these credentials.
Authentication
Users must be invited to the Copilot application by a system administrator. Once invited, they will receive an email containing a link to Copilot and their account ID. On first log-in, the user will set their password. Subsequent logins will require the Account ID, user email and password for credentials.
Navigation
Users navigate across Copilot applications using the global header. This header remains at the top of the screen for easy access.
Users navigate within each Copilot application using navigation panels on the left-hand side of each individual application.
The Copilot home page contains links to useful content for all fabric products.

Invite Team Members - Navigates to Manager Users page to add users
Manage users
Users must be invited to the Copilot application by a system administrator. Administrators can invite and remove users in the Manage Users section, accessible via the left panel navigation.
Add user
To invite a new user, enter their email, full name, and role. You can invite more than one person by clicking the Add More link. Once the list is complete, click the Send invite button.
Each user will receive an email containing a link to Copilot and their account ID. On first log-in, the user will set their password and have access to all Copilot applications.
Delete user
To remove a user, mouse over their name in the page list to activate the vertical ellipsis (⋮), then select Deactivate.
If a user has been deactivated, you can reactivate them by mousing over their name to activate the vertical ellipsis (⋮), then select Activate.
