Why are buttons on Copilot greyed out?
Buttons in Copilot will deactivate and turn grey when their action is not available. Typically button availability is driven by the state of the current record.
For example, in XM the Publish button is inactive for pages that are already published. When this happens, clicking Save will publish changes to your site automatically; changes can also be Scheduled for publication later. Click here to learn more about publishing pages in XM.
Similarly, in OMS, Cancel Order availability is driven by your business rules configured in Storefront. The button will deactivate automatically when the order has passed the cancellation window.
